Krýsný hotel na skvělém místě ale hrozné služby zákazníků, internet na pokojích nefunguje, není zde poslíček na kufry, snídaně nejsou možné do pokojů a personíl nic neví o provozu základních věcí, to to nejsou kvality čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu. Kvůli ceně a lokaci bych se ale ráda vrátila. Doufám že do té doby se něco změní. Děkuji za pobyt.

I ended up at this hotel because my travel agent did not make reservations at one I chose.
Hotel U Suteru's location is very appealing, but exterior not that appealing. Need air conditioning. Breakfast needs improvement. Room was spacious, bathroom nice. Staff was OK, maybe because of language barrier they were not too comfortable.

We came for my Birthday and loved it! Lucie, Renata and Michaela are all sweet and very helpful. Great position and rooms really nice - especially that deep bath! Would like to come in Summer although being here before Christmas has really made it magical for us. Thank you all so much.

Very pleasant Hotel in the "heart" of Prague, beautiful large and clean room. You and just a few steps to Venceslaus Square and just behind the subway station (Mustek). Hope to come back very soon!

Location is wonderful for this hotel, near the heart of Prague with a fantastic atmosphere of metropoli city but the
very good plate is the good service and friendly staff.... you must visit Prague but you must warning to don't loose the mind for the
very pretty girl of the reception but fortunately I don't rememember the name..... :-) !!
Her eyes makes me crazy.... her face is like a beautifull baby but his mouth is the best..... every words she speak is like a Kiss that lovely hit my HEART. There's only one problem. She has a boyfriend. ESCAPE WITH ME IN GREAT ITALY????
